We are more than just a gaming platform. mykad99 is built with one clear goal — to deliver a safe, transparent, and enjoyable online entertainment experience made specifically for the Malaysian community.
Mykad99 started with one simple but meaningful vision — to make online entertainment more accessible, safer, and more enjoyable for Malaysians. The name "mykad99" itself was born from an authentic Malaysian spirit, blending local identity with international platform standards.
From day one, we have put user trust above everything else. In an industry often associated with risk and doubt, mykad99 chooses to stand apart — with transparent policies, reliable payouts, and customer support that is genuinely responsive, not just in name.
Our platform was built by a team of professionals who understand what local players need — from the language used in the interface and integrated local payment methods, to the types of games most popular within the Malaysian community. Every design and service decision is made with real user feedback in mind.
Today, mykad99 has grown into one of the most widely used online entertainment platforms in Malaysia, with over 500,000 registered members playing actively every day. This growth is not the result of advertising alone — it comes from trust built one experience at a time, through consistent gameplay and service that never disappoints.
The mykad99 platform was founded with a primary focus on slots and online casino games for the Malaysian market. The first version launched with a curated library of 80 games.
The sports section launched, covering local and international football leagues. Membership reached 50,000 within the first 12 months.
The official Android and iOS apps are now live, letting players enjoy all games directly from their phones. Platform response times have been improved with new server infrastructure.
A historic milestone — mykad99 reached 100,000 active members and introduced a VIP Member loyalty programme with exclusive benefits.
The platform now offers over 1,200 games, 24/7 support in Bahasa Melayu, and a faster payment system with a wide range of local methods.

Mykad99 never stops asking the most important question: "Are our players happy and safe?" That question is what drives us to keep improving every aspect of the platform, continuously and without pause.
We are committed to maintaining competitive and transparent payout rates. Every game on our platform has a publicly verifiable RTP (Return to Player), allowing players to make informed decisions based on complete and accurate information.
Financially, mykad99 keeps company operating funds separate from player funds. This means the money in your account is always safe and available for withdrawal at any time — never used for any other purpose.
We are also committed to continuous innovation. The mykad99 platform you use today is far better than it was a year ago — and the version a year from now will be better still. This is not just a promise; it is a track record every long-time member can verify for themselves.
Member account funds are held separately from the company's operating funds — always secure and ready for withdrawal.
The return-to-player (RTP) rate for every game is publicly available — players have the right to know their odds.
Daily deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options are available to all members who want to play responsibly.
Including Sundays, public holidays, and festive eves — the mykad99 support team never rests as long as players need help.
